• Zip: Pay nothing upfront, and choose your own payment schedule – with up to 12 months interest-free.
• Humm: Purchase up to $3000 worth of items, and repay in 5-10 fortnightly payments. Or purchase up to $30,000 worth of items, and repay in instalments of 6 — 60 months, interest-free.
• Openpay: Similar to Zip, but only available in-store, you can purchase products interest-free and customise your own payment schedule.

Chiropedic offers our customers up to 20 years of warranty across our range of products. All ensemble bases come up with a standard 5-year warranty. If the material or quality of a product is faulty, we will offer to repair or replace the product. We will also cover transport costs under the terms of the warranty during the first 12 months.

Correct care is always required. This is why you should always read the manufacturer's care and maintenance instructions and follow them carefully. Warranties may be voided when the base has:

• Signs of normal wear and tear
• Has been cut, burned, or damaged by water or mould

Stains and unsanitary soil marks will also void the warranty of a bed or bed base. Warranty is not offered on clearance products or floor stock products (otherwise known as 'sold as is').

Yes! Within 7 days of collecting your goods or accepting delivery of your goods, we are happy to refund the full purchase amount should you change your mind.

There is a $129 fee if we're required to pick up the goods from you. This is valid for the Melbourne metro area and Ballarat. Alternately, you can return your products to your local Chiropedic store free of charge. You can find our stores in:
